Blood

We got Blood and Snatters the same day, when they were kittens, from a lovely woman called Julie who rescues cats. Snatters had the leukaemia virus so we had to get Blood tested too and unfortunately it came back positive. So we had a horrible drive to the vets last night and Blood was put to sleep. Jason and myself are really going to miss them – back to being a family of 2 now. It’s been a bit of a crappy week.

This could also mean a possible improvement (or maybe dis-improvement) of my design work. Snatters used to “help” me design by lying directly on my keyboard while Blood would critique from right on top of my graphics tablet. It’s hard to replace a design team like that.

Oh honey :( I’m so very sorry; what an atrocious week for you.

It’s no consolation but they can take it so hard when they lose their little buddies; it’s nice to think of them still being together. But really, you have my deepest sympathies. Poor Jennifer.

Devlin, Heather, Lisa and Sabrina, thanks so much for your kind words.

Sabrina, I agree with you. I’d like to imagine them still running around, playing and causing a bit of havoc together. Thanks.

That’s tragic, such a huge loss – I’m so sorry. Maybe you could design a poster shrine of them for your office wall to continue their creative input? That’s what I do :)
