Clean up any pet urine that's still wet. If the urine dries, it stains the carpet and increases bacteria growth. To best remove the stain, place a layer of several paper towels over the wet area of the carpet. Walk on the paper towels so that they absorb as much of the pet pee as possible. Removing wet urine reduces urine smell.

I have 2 dogs and a cat.

My carpets were smelling bad but they looked clean and my son wanted me throw all my area carpets away.

Pee-Pee is a product that eliminates stains and odor and also stops the pets from peeing on the carpet again.

I now saved my rugs and the animals have not urinated on them since.

It is inexpensive and comes in a quarts. I got it at my local grocery store.

Thanks for this review Vernice.

I had not personally heard about this product before, so I did a bit of research on it, but couldn't find out much about it.

I did find that it is available for purchase at Walmart (see the links above). In addition, there were overall positive reviews of it on that site, with many five star ratings.

It seems people have used it on their carpets, rugs, and even their couches to remove urine smells, especially from cats who have sprayed.

Has anyone else used this product? If so, I'd love to hear what you thought of it, and how you used it in your home. I'm also interested in how it , not just odors.

You can , or read other reviews of products that other readers have discussed for removing pet odors. Just remove as much physical matter (excrement, vomit, etc.) as possible and then blot up excess moisture. Spray My Pet Peed until area is saturated. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. After stain is removed, wipe area with a clean damp cloth. That's it! Add 1/2 a cup of orange and lemon peels to the spray bottle mixture. Chopping them into 1-inch pieces will allow the natural oils to be released into the homemade pet odor remover. The citrus peels add a fresh, clean scent and deters your dog from relieving himself in the same spot. Once all of the ingredients are combined together, secure the nozzle of the spray bottle and shake lightly, mixing the ingredients together. You now have a homemade odor remover that will help eliminate pet odors and remove stains in your home. You can use this pet odor recipe when cleaning doorways, a common place for male dogs to mark their territory. If you have pet stains like the one that greeted me when I got home I high recommend Pee-Pee Super Stain & Odor Remover. You can use the other products I suggested in the article in a pinch, but this one wins the pet stain wars hands down!
