If you’re looking to keep animals OUT, not IN, PetSafe’s Pawz Away comes to the rescue. Disguised as a rock, this nifty gadget warns pets away from special landscaping, dangerous plants, and even areas where they shouldn’t walk. It’s as simple as can be, functioning similarly to other wireless dog fences: the system sends a warning single when your pet wanders too close to the barrier area.

Perimeter Technologies is a leader in self-installed pet fence products. Our do-it-yourself fence systems are both easy to use and come with state-of-the-art technology. If you’re looking for a reliable system, choose Perimeter, we are “Safer by design”.We chose the Pet Stop brand of underground/electronic dog fences and cat fences because Pet Stop is commited to continuous research and development of its electronic fencing products, applying cutting-edge, reliable technology to create the mostadvanced, highly-effective safe pet containment system available. In 1989, two entrepreneurs named Bob Slattery and Bob Wolfe, the founders of ReachUSA® and ValPak of Cincinnati®, saw a genuine opportunity to make something better, an entirely different kind of pet fencing product. These two men contacted the largest radar detection company in America. Together, they engineered a dog fence that incorporated a variety of dynamic new features. Their methodology was simple. They took a fresh approach to pet containment, the result was a state-of-the-art system and Perimeter Technologies®.A revolution in pet containment, the new SmartFence™ by DogWatch® keeps you connected to your dog and your system in a whole new way. The next generation of hidden fences – much more than just another “invisible dog fence”!The difference between the Perimeter Technologies Wifi Dog Fence System and other fencing systems is the digitally - encoded Wi-Fi signal technology. The wire-free SmartStation and collar are connected by transceivers - signal chips that constantly link the distance between your dog and the SmartStation. This means you will always know just how far your dog is from you at all times! The SmartStation and the receiver collar cover up to 2 ½ acres. The SmartStation is smaller than most wireless pet fences and produces 3 times the useful safe area. The receiver collar offers a warning tone - only correction when your dog is approaching the boundary and then progressive levels of static if he or she continues towards the boundary. Static levels of correction range from 2-8. The Base SmartStation also includes a battery charger that monitors the charge level of the battery in your dog's collar so you don't have to worry about the safety of your dog. Recharging the battery takes about 3-4 hours. Since the Perimeter Technologies Wifi Dog Fence System comes with 2 rechargeable batteries, the one in the SmartStation acts as a backup should the power in your home go out. The Perimeter Technologies Wifi Dog Fence System supports up to 2 collars at the same time, with extra collars available (sold separately). When you select a professionally installed system, a Fido’s Fences pet consultant will meet with you and your pet, survey your property, and recommend a pet containment solution that’s right for you and your family. Once installed, our pet consultant will demonstrate all the features of your custom pet containment system and make sure you and your dog and/or cat understand how to use your electronic pet fence system.
