I love this product! I cannot find it in any stores anymore though. The fact that it is a foam is what I especially like. It works much better than the comparable liquid spray by oxy woolite. I spilled sweet tea on the carpet like 2 weeks ago and had to leave on vacation without cleaning it...came back put water on it, nothing...put this on it and it was gone. Some stains you dont even have to blot and they are gone! BISSELL Woolite Refreshing Mist + Oxy Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner, 64 oz: Safe for all carpets including nylon, wool and stain r

I too keep Pet + Oxygen on hand because it does a great job on pet stains from both ends, but I got up this morning and found that Kitty had over and it spilled and DRIED on my light carpet.

I thought it would be permanant..I sprayed the Woolite and rubbed for a few moments with my fingers and blotted with a clean dry cloth. Voila..stain out completely!! REALLY REALLY GREAT STUFF!Wow, that's great to hear. Thanks for sharing this experience Gwen.

Please note that some of Woolite's products designed to clean carpet are also able to clean upholstery. In addition, the company has some products designed specifically to clean upholstery. You can check out a .Initially my customer told me there were pet stains or urine spots on the carpet and I should take a look. When I saw the floor myself I realized that one of two things was happening. The first one is that the oils from the urine are attracting dirt and causing lots of soil to stick to the carpet. The other second most likely cause, my customer was using a spot cleaner on the areas. When I inquired about the situation, the truth came out. They had been using Woolite products to “spot clean” after the pets but didn’t realize it was only making things worse.Don't live in petri dish of pet bacteria. Here are some helpful hints to make sure your review is as useful as possible:I have two older dogs, and one of them has some continence issues. We are treating her for diabetes, but even with diligence, she sometimes has unwelcome side effects -- one being accidents around the house. My husband and I have tried a number of different products and treatments for cleaning up the messes, and depending on what it is we are cleaning, different things work better. I have tried this Woolite brand, but it has not stacked up like some of the others. I always follow the directions on the package the first few times I try a product, but if I don't get the results I am looking for, I use these steps: remove most of the stain/material with a white cloth (I often use an old cloth diaper to dab up most of the wetness); spray product on stain, wait a few minutes, then dab again; spray one last time lightly and let air dry. My carpet is fairly dark and sort of a multi-colored twist, so the appearance is not usually the problem: I am most concerned about removing the odor. And this product does an okay job, but usually the smell comes back once the product dries -- so I have to use another product later. Yuck! I have also found some discoloration on my carpet if I use too much on one place.
